Bulin 47 AI (bulin47ai.com) lets you upload one photo and generates a 19-second AI recast video of that person performing the viral Bulin 47 freestyle, delivered as a downloadable MP4. We are an independent fan-made tool — not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 18 years old to use the service.

When using Bulin 47 AI, you agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of celebrities, public figures or minors.
• Upload any photo you do not own or lack permission to use.
• Create content that harasses, defames, sexualizes or impersonates real people.

Violating these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund of remaining credits.

Videos are paid for with credits, purchased in USD through Stripe. Credits never expire. If a render fails, the credits are automatically refunded to your account — you are never charged for a failed video. We do not offer cash refunds except where required by law. We never see or store your card details; all payment data is handled by Stripe.

You own the videos you generate with the service. You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded photo solely to render your video. We retain all rights to the service itself, including the site, brand, pricing and generation pipeline, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that every render will succeed or that results will match your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in connection with that claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including the acceptable use rules above. Sections 5–7 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you believe content generated on Bulin 47 AI infringes your copyright or uses your likeness without permission, email [email protected] with the URL or description of the content and proof of ownership. Valid requests are removed promptly and the responsible account may be terminated.
